Nikki Bella says she was often lonely during her engagement to pro wrestler John Cena.
The 34-year-old television personality said in a preview Tuesday for the Total Bellas Season 3 premiere that she shared a bed with Cena only 30-40 days in the first six months of their engagement.
"What's hard at times and what people don't realize about my relationship is I'm alone a lot and I'm alone in these big, beautiful homes," Bella says in the clip.
"But to be honest, since we've gotten engaged, John and I have probably shared our bed together maybe 30 days total out of, like, six months. Or 40 days," she adds.
Bella said as much in a confessional shot following a dinner where her sister and brother-in-law, Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan, and friends were discussing their families.
"Hearing Brie and Lauren, J.J. and Bryan all talk about their family stuff and their kids makes it sink in a little bit more about how lonely it will be and how lonely it gets," Bella says.
Bella announced her split from Cena in April after a yearlong engagement. E! released a trailer Wednesday for Total Bellas Season 3 that shows the pair contemplating the end of their relationship.
"I just started to feel so suffocated," Bella tells Cena in the clip.
"I'm not sure we should go through with this," Cena responds.
