Princess Eugenie is looking slimmer and fitter ahead of her royal wedding.
[post_ads]A number noticed that the next royal bride is in better shape just months ahead of her big day. Daria Kantor, the founder and CEO of TruBe feels that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's youngest daughter did it in a "healthy fashion."
"Princess Eugenie seems to have lost weight in a healthy fashion. Her skin is glowing, she looks fitter and more toned – she's clearly put the work in," Kantor told Express.
Earlier this year, an expert estimated that Princess Eugenie lost a stone. However, the royal appeared to be losing more today.
According to David Klein, a personal trainer, based on the change in Princess Eugenie's body she had lost "about five to seven kilograms of body fat."
Princess Eugenie revealed her fitness routine to Harper's Bazaar in an interview in 2016. According to the royal, she gets up early to exercise.
"I get up around 6:45 to start exercising by 7," Princess Eugenie said. "I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they're quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot. It's much better, as I can't run for a long time."
"Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia. If I need to pick up some groceries, I go to Waitrose, right next to my gym," she continued.
Princess Eugenie is set to tie the know with her fiancé, Jack Brooksbank in October. Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams advised the royal bridge to get an "ideal wedding dress."

"There are members of the royal family who are style icons but this could not be said of Eugenie who has not distinguished herself in the sartorial stakes so far," Fitzwilliams said. "I think she will choose a delightful wedding dress and the wedding itself will be charming… Memories of Beatrice and Eugenie's outfits at William and Kate's wedding do die hard, so Eugenie must make sure she chooses the ideal wedding dress on her big day."
However, fashion experts believe that Princess Eugenie has her own style and will stick to it. According to Kate Beavis of Magpie Wedding, the royal will likely choose something that is "more contemporary and fashion-forward than Kate and Meghan's dress choices."
