“Have you ever wanted to take control and create your own world?” More specifically, have you ever wished you could take the reigns of Westworld? A new mobile game based on the HBO sci-fi drama series puts you in control of the android theme park so that you, too, can “play God.”
The game, also titled Westworld, hails from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Kilter Films, the production company of Westworld creators Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan. The narrative was also penned by series writers and includes familiar characters like Delores (Evan Rachel Wood), Maeve (Thandie Newton), and Bernard (Jeffrey Wright).
Users play as a newly hired Delos employee who’s been granted access to the Delos Park Training Simulation. You’re in charge of building Westworld from the ground up, tweaking hosts, and fulfilling the guests’ desires. So far, the game only incorporates elements from season 1 of Westworld, but season 2 upgrades will be available after they’ve appeared on the show (as to avoid spoiling the narrative).
